Brook Greenberg, partner, will be a panelist on Pleadings and Forms and Oral Discovery at the New Civil Rules 2010 workshop presented by Continuing Legal Education British Columbia.
This workshop will discuss the New BC Supreme Court Rules that come into effect on July 1, 2010. The 2-day, comprehensive program, is designed to get litigation counsel up and running with the new regime.
