N.E.W. Customer Service Companies acquires BlueRealm Solutions

On September 19, 2006, N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, Inc., America's leading provider of extended service plans, buyer protection services and product support for businesses and consumers, announced that it had acquired BlueRealm Solutions, a Vancouver-based provider of innovative warranty software.

BlueRealm will continue to operate from its Vancouver headquarters as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NEW.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

BlueRealm was advised by a team from Fasken Martineau comprised of Sonya Reiss and Heather Omelus.
