Alex Cameron, a member of the firm's Privacy and Information Protection group presented a discussion paper titled "Facebook, Streetview, and What's Next – Navigating Your Way Through New Issues in Privacy" at the 15th Biennial National Conference - New Developments in Communications Law and Policy. The conference was hosted by the Law Society of Upper Canada, in association with the Canadian Bar Association in Ottawa.
The paper was presented and discussed on a panel with Alex Cameron, Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP (@a_cameron); Jennifer Stoddart, Privacy Commissioner of Canada, (@PrivacyPrivee); and Jacob Glick, Policy Counsel, Google Canada (@jacobglick).
The panel was moderated by Dr. Ian R. Kerr, Canada Research Chair in Ethics, Law, and Technology at the University of Ottawa.
