Fasken Martineau announced today that Bill Molloy has joined its London office as a partner. He will strengthen the Technology and Intellectual Property group, particularly on the IT and "soft" IP aspects of the practice. Soft intellectual property is used to refer to trademarks, copyright, design rights and passing off, as opposed to "hard intellectual property", which is used to refer to patents.
