Nightclub acquisition and subsequent leases
Acting on the acquisition of the nightclub, Tokyo Joe's, and the taking of leases for new nightclub premises in Covent Garden and Mile End for the same operator, City Bars and Restaurants Plc and the subsequent sale of two such units. Recently acted for one of the Principals of the company personally on the sale of premises in Mile End for potential redevelopment, subject to a joint venture agreement.
