Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation ("NNPC") were advised on the steps to be undertaken in respect of the Petroleum Industry Bill 2008 and in light of the oil and gas sector reforms of The Federal Government of Nigeria including preparation for incorporation and dealing with issues as to capitalisation and possible funding options.
