Obus Forme sold to Integral Orthopedics
On April 29, 2005, Integral Orthopedics, owned in part by Clairvest Group Inc., acquired the business of Obus Forme Ltd. Toronto-based Obus Forme manufactures and sells orthopedic back rests and seat cushions, backpacks, specialty pillows, mattresses and other products engineered to deliver comfort and support to the human body.
Fasken Martineau advised the seller, Brian Roberts, in this transaction with a team that consisted of Gary Fogler and Allan Beach.
