ORA Capital Partners completes £35.2 million offering and is admitted to trading on AIM
On April 17, 2007, ORA Capital Partners Plc, a company involved in the growth and development of businesses in the United Kingdom, began trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM Market under the symbol "ORA".
ORA also raised £35.2 million (before expenses) by the issue of 29,345,311 placing Shares at a price of 120p per share.
