Oriel Resources is admitted to AIM raising £40 million
Served as lead solicitor to the issuer on Oriel Resources Plc, a UK holding company with subsidiaries carrying out exploration for gold and nickel in Russia and Kazakhstan, in its admission to AIM in 2004 and its placing to raise £40 million. This was one of the largest mining sector IPOs on AIM in 2004.
