On 29 June 2010, Oxeco Plc announced the completion of its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Tissue Regenix Limited, the readmission of the company (to be renamed Tissue Regenix Group Plc), and the associated placing which raised £4.5 million before expenses.
Oxeco Plc was advised in this transaction by Fasken Martineau with a team that included Nigel Gordon, Allistair Booth, and Ralph Cox, who were assisted by Daniel Joll, Zehra Kasapoglu, Raymond Xu, Antonina Cuffaro, and Victoria Mundy.
