Patented Medicines Prices Review Board in excessive prices hearing
Successfully represented Board Staff before the Patented Medicines Prices Review Board in an excessive prices hearing. This was the first case since the establishment of the Board in which the issue of relevant therapeutic class came before the Board for determination. Application by pharmaceutical company for judicial review of the Board's decision was dismissed.
