Paul W. Braczek

Paul is an associate in the Business Law Section of the firm's Toronto office.  He is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial practice that includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, as well as private placements for publicly traded issuers.

As a former political assistant and vice-president of a provincial political party, Paul is also active in government relations at the municipal, provincial and federal levels for clients in various sectors, including consumer goods, healthcare and financial services.

Paul was a summer student at the firm, during which time he was seconded to Shouldice Hospital.  He returned to complete his articles with Fasken Martineau after graduating from the University of Ottawa in 2008.
