Pebble Creek closes financing
On June 16, 2006, Pebble Creek Resources Ltd. completed a brokered private placement of 4,450,000 subscription receipts for gross proceeds of $2,225,000. Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited served as agent for the financing.
