Peter is a partner of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP who deals with all aspects of taxation, with particular emphasis on tax law relating to international transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and objections and appeals.
Peter has acted for such clients as Arbor Memorial Services Inc., Dofasco Inc., Extendicare and International Royalty Corporation.
Peter joined the firm as an associate in 1979 and became a partner in 1984.
