Prentice Durbin is an associate in the Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. His practice focuses on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prentice principally represents private companies and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of transactions, including growth-equity investments, sales and divestitures, and recapitalizations in addition to providing ongoing business advice. Prentice also has experience representing public companies in strategic mergers and acquisitions, financings and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Fasken Martineau, Prentice spent more than five years in the private sector as a corporate professional acquiring multidisciplinary experience: marketing and investor relations, financings, structuring, risk analysis and risk management. This unique industry experience, combined with his MBA, enhances Prentice's understanding of stakeholder demands placed on corporate entities and enables him to provide his clients with practical and distinctive strategies.
