PwC sells certain regions of personal insolvency practice to Meyers Norris Penny

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) has sold its personal insolvency practice in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia to Meyers Norris Penny LLP effective July 1, 2010.

PwC maintains its strong corporate insolvency practice, serving clients across Canada. PwC also retains its personal insolvency practice in Atlantic Canada, where PwC is the largest provider of these services, with coverage across the region.

PwC was assisted by Fasken Martineau with a team comprised of Scott Conover and Michael Shour (corporate); Alix Herber (labour); Dugan Edmison and Hsiao-Chen Lin (real estate); Tony Baldanza (competition); Ross Gascho (pensions); and summer student Sarah Goodwin.
