Acted as legal advisor for Quartier International de Montréal, a business combination of the Government of Canada, the Government of Québec, the City of Montréal, the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and major real estate developers, in the construction and revitalization of the Montreal International District, which has generated more than 1.5 billion $ of real estate investment in downtown Montréal. This project received the "2005 Project of the Year Award" of the Project Management Institute of Pennsylvania and the "2006 Urban Design Award" of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.
