Raphaël Lescop is a litigator practicing in the following areas: commercial law (civil liability, construction law, contract law, insurance law, real estate law, manufacturer's liability), administrative law (rail transport law, regulated industries law), human rights and constitutional law. In his practice, he represents and counsels the firm's clients before all levels of judicial and administrative tribunals. Raphaël has a master's degree in administrative law obtained in 2000. He taught this subject at the Barreau du Québec during the 2007 winter semester.
