Ravensource Fund completes rights offering

On March 13, 2006, Ravensource Fund announced that it had successfully completed its rights offering. A total of 1,374,350 rights were exercised into 343,587 units of Ravensource raising the maximum proceeds of $2,748,696.
Ravensource is a closed-end investment trust that trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Ravensource was advised by Stephen Erlichman and Jeffrey Klam of Fasken Martineau.
