Raymond Xu

Raymond Xu is a Business Development Executive and Trainee Solicitor at Fasken Martineau LLP. He is currently a member of the Corporate practice group and the firm's Asia Pacific practice group (China sub-group).

As a member of the Life Sciences and Corporate groups, Raymond provides legal services to British and Chinese clients across a mix of industries including mining, pharmaceutical, financial institutions, securities, mergers and acquisitions, energy and environmental.

Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and travelling regularly to China, Raymond is highly effective in assisting with the bridging of diversities between Western and Chinese business cultures. Raymond is primarily involved in business transactions and investments with a special international focus on inbound UK-China related activities. His UK-China business development practice includes the listing of Chinese businesses on the AIM market, and business investments and acquisitions in UK by Chinese investors.
