Represented RBC Dominion Securities Inc., as lead underwriter, and other syndicate members, as lead counsel, in connection with a firm underwriting of an $84 million initial public offering of common shares of MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. and private placement of common shares of MDA to U.S. purchasers, and in connection with a $135 million secondary offering of common shares of MDA by way of a bought deal short form prospectus.
