Garth Foster and Pierre-Yves Châtillon of Fasken Martineau, Sophie Jean of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and Chris Jepson of the Ontario Securities Commission discussed the recent NI 31-103 amendments dealing with investment fund managers, the NI 31-103 amendments issued in June, comments received and next steps, and Client Relationship Model proposals.
