Represented P3 Developer in connection with the development, operation and financing of a wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system

Represented P3 Developer in connection with the development, operation and financing of a wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system for a small municipality in B.C. under a 20 year concession agreement, initially servicing 760 properties and ultimately 8,300 properties, particularly the structure of the construction and operating contracts underlying the SPV.

Represented same P3 Developer in connection with the development, operation and financing of all municipal and utility infrastructure for a new master planned community of 2000 properties plus golf course.

These projects did not ultimately proceed due to political and other reasons.
