Mtre Roy-Beaudoin guided the court in its decision to favour the proper functioning of the testamentary trust.
In this motion, Maurice Tremblay, represented by Mtre Jessica Roy-Beaudoin, was exempted from his office of trustee, as he had requested from the court. Mtre Roy-Beaudoin effectively handled the file and the court therefore had no problem making its decision and the necessary changes and appointments for the testamentary trust to continue functioning as it should.
