On July 19, 2011, Ripley Entertainment Inc. completed a Ground Lease transaction with Canada Lands Company CLC Limited for a parcel of land near the CN Tower in Toronto upon which Ripley's will develop and operate the Ripley's Toronto Aquarium.
Marty Emmons and Andrea Centa assisted Ripley Entertainment Inc. in connection with various construction and related agreements for this project.
