On February 29, 2008, Extreme CCTV Inc. ("Extreme") (TSX:EXC), a global leader in active-infrared night vision surveillance equipment, announced that it had completed its plan of arrangement with Robert Bosch GmbH ("Bosch") pursuant to which Bosch had acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Extreme for approximately $90 million.
