Rob is a highly experienced litigator whose practice is focused primarily on commercial litigation, professional liability claims, insurance defence and coverage and estate litigation. Rob is the head of the Litigation Practice Group in Calgary.
Rob's litigation practice includes acting for clients with respect to energy related and other business disputes and defending claims against a wide variety of professionals and corporate officers and directors. He has also regularly represented manufacturers or suppliers of a wide variety of products (including heavy equipment, chemicals and oil field equipment) with respect to product liability claims.
In Rob's thirty years of practice, he has appeared often before all levels of the Alberta Courts and the Federal Court of Canada and various regulatory bodies. He also has extensive experience in judicial and private mediations.
