Robert Quon is a business law lawyer who specializes in corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financial institutions, and business investments.
Robert has acted on mergers and acquisitions for several national and international clients. He has acted on the corporate structure and regulatory requirements for airlines and banks foreign to Canada. He also acts for financial institutions in respect to Canadian regulatory advice in general and B.C. regulatory advice in particular, such as the creation of new financial products and services, investments and ownership structures, and licensing matters. Robert is the Vancouver head of the firm's Financial Institution and Services Group and is a member of the firm's Diversity Committee.
