Ross Systems closes US$30 million syndicated credit facility with Wells Fargo Capital Finance
On April 30, 2010, Ross Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of CDC Software Corporation, closed a US$30 million syndicated credit facility with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC.
Fasken Martineau acted as Canadian agent for Pivotal Corporation, an affiliate of Ross Systems, Inc. and a subsidiary of CDC Software Corporation, in connection with this credit facility with a team that included Andrew Jackson, Mitch McCormick, David Johnson and KC Miu.
