Mtre Dion succeeded in having the court ratify an agreement entered into between Plaintiffs and Defendant, giving it binding force and ordering the parties to comply therewith.
Mtre Guy C. Dion, representing Lynn Paradis, was able to negotiate an agreement between the parties that was deemed satisfactory by the court. This serves as a good example of fair and equitable process for all the parties. All parties received their due and Lynn Paradis will not assume the costs of the succession thanks to Mtre Dion's efforts.
