Sheltered Oak Resources completes non-brokered private placement

On September 24, 2009, Sheltered Oak Resources Corp. announced that it had completed a non-brokered private placement with the MineralFields Group and others for (i) 9,940,000 units of the Company and (ii) 2,000,000 flow-through units of the Company for aggregate proceeds of $1,134,300.

Sheltered Oak will use the proceeds from the private placement for further exploration on the Kerrs Property and for working capital purposes.

Sheltered Oak is a junior mineral exploration corporation.
