Silviu Bursanescu

Silviu Bursanescu practices in the fields of technology and intellectual property. His work experience includes copyright related mandates, whether litigious or contractual, for example cases of copyright violation and negotiations of tariffs and licenses. Mr Bursanescu also advises clients as to the registrability of trade-marks and carries-out the necessary steps to their registration, trade-mark opposition procedures, and trade-mark licenses. In the technology field, Mr Bursanescu represents clients on contractual and litigious matters. Mr Bursanescu also represents clients in various defamation, protection of the name and image, as well as privacy related cases.
