SITQ Immobilier sells 2020 University in Montréal

On September 12, 2002, SITQ Immobilier, a subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, completed the sale (amount undisclosed) of the 2020 University Street in Montréal to a corporation held by the Canderel 2020 Trust and Aloe Investments Holding Trust. The property, located in the downtown area of Montréal, has 352,000 square feet of office space and 83,000 square feet of retail space. GMAC Commercial Mortgage of Canada Limited financed the acquisition.
