Represented SkyePharma Plc (having acted for it on the listing of its ordinary shares on the Official List and trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange as well as UK lead adviser on the subsequent listing on Nasdaq by way of ADRs) in connection with the issue by it and listing on the main market of the LSE of convertible bonds which raised £59,400,000. These transactions took place from May to August 2004 and May to August 2005.
