Slater Steel raises $57.8 million in common share offering
On March 25, 2002, Slater Steel Inc. raised $57.8 Million through a bought deal offering of common shares to a group of underwriters led by TD Securities Inc. Slater Steel is a mini mill producer of specialty steel products.
The underwriters were represented by Fasken Martineau in Toronto, with a team that included Gar Emerson, Joel Binder, David Coultice and Sean Morley.
