On January 14, 2008, private investment firm Southfield Capital Advisors, LLC ("Southfield Capital") completed a significant investment in Reinforced Plastic Systems, a leading North American manufacturer of custom fiberglass reinforced plastic piping systems used in capital projects and applications. The investment was initiated, structured and led by Southfield Capital. Senior debt financing was provided by The Bank of Nova Scotia, mezzanine debt financing was provided by Roynat Capital, and equity financing was provided by Southfield Capital and its affiliates.
