SR Telecom completes $49 million equity offering
On July 11, 2000, Montréal-based SR Telecom Inc. completed an equity issue of $48.9 Million of Common Shares on July 11, 2000.
The share issue was placed by the syndicate of underwriters led by Newcrest Capital Inc. and including CIBC World Markets Inc., National Bank Financial Inc. and Yorkton Securities Inc. at a price of $8.10 per common share.
