Stéphanie Lavallée is a litigator specialized in commercial litigation, class actions, construction law, product liability and civil liability. In her practice, she is regularly called upon to plead before courts of all levels. She has also developed a specialized practice in administrative law, specifically in matters concerning the preservation of agricultural land. Stéphanie represents, inter alia, manufacturers and transport companies. Jointly with Enrico Forlini, she is in charge of all legal files of the diesel engine company Cummins Inc.
She has a master's degree in biotechnology law and turns this knowledge to account as a speaker at seminars offered to the firm's clients on the subjects of health law and biomedical research.
Mtre Lavallée is a co-author of the encyclopedia on civil procedure, JurisClasseur, and of the one on the Quebec Civil Code.
