Stephen specialises in competition law, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

He established, and heads up the practice area of competition law where he has successfully acted in numerous local and international merger approvals, prohibited practice litigation and other anti-trust advisory work.

Stephen's competition law experience includes:
