2010 ITLP Intern - Susanna Crichlow

Susanna graduated from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Barbados in 2006, with a Bachelor of Laws. She then completed the requisite 2-year Legal Education Certificate at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and was called to the Trinidad and Tobago Bar in 2008. She completed her articles with A.C.O. Cherry and Co., Mansfield Chambers,Trinidad, where she was exposed to a variety of practice areas including insurance law, tort law, family law, wills and estates. She subsequently worked as a Legal/Political Research Analyst for the Federal Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago. During this time, her areas of research included, among other things, personal privacy and information, the Tobacco Bill, Proceeds of Crime Bill and the Pension Act.
