Sukhi Kaler is a Partner at Fasken Martineau LLP and is a member of the Aviation and Litigation practice groups.
Sukhi specialises in international commercial litigation including cross-border disputes and enforcement. She is currently acting on behalf of Kuwait Airways following a complex series of Commercial Court actions and associated appeals arising out of the invasion of Kuwait by Iraq in 1990.
