Chloé Archambault and Martin Racicot, members of the Banking & Finance group, and Luc Béliveau, member of the Insolvency and Restructuring group, will be speaking at the sureties conference that will take place in Montréal on Tuesday, September 16, 2008.

Mtres Archambault and Racicot (11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.) will review the financial restrictions set out in section 123.66 of the Québec Companies Act.

Mtre Béliveau (3:30 – 4:30 p.m.) will address the impacts that the amendments to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act have on sureties.
