Suzanne Antal is a Registered Trade-mark Agent in Fasken Martineau's Montréal Intellectual Property Group. She handles all aspects of trade-mark prosecution in Canada, which includes: the assessment and provision of opinions with respect to the availability and registrability of trade-marks; the preparation and prosecution of applications to register trade-marks; post-registration maintenance; representation of clients in trade-mark opposition and summary cancellation proceedings; and advisory with respect to proper trade-mark use.
Suzanne is experienced in performing due diligence investigations of trade-mark holdings. She also collaborates with lawyers in trade-mark litigation cases, and with counsel in the United States and around the world for the prosecution and management of trade-mark protection for clients in Canada and internationally.
