TCHC Issuer Trust completes $250 million debenture offering for long term development / revitalization of Regent Park
On May 11, 2007, TCHC Issuer Trust completed a $250 million private placement of debentures, the proceeds of which were advanced to Toronto Community Housing Corporation to provide long term financing for the development and revitalization of Regent Park, among other initiatives. TCHC Issuer Trust was advised by a team from Fasken Martineau comprised of Barbara Miller, Bruce Blain and Kevin Clinton.
