TD Bank completes over $18 billion in public offerings of securities
Between 2003 and and the most recent transaction which closed on November 2, 2010, TD Bank completed a number of transactions, including over $18.5 billion in public offerings of securities. Richard Steinberg of Fasken Martineau advised the underwriters led by TD Securities in these transactions.
