On July 31, 2009, Morguard Corporation completed two fixed rate mortgage financing transactions totalling approximately $54 million with the Toronto-Dominion Bank. The mortgage financings involve various apartment buildings in the Greater Toronto Area.
Toronto-Dominion Bank was represented in these transactions by Steve Blimkie and Craig Carter of Fasken Martineau.
