On September 15, 2010, François Cyr and Solange Fresneau, two young entrepreneurs, completed their acquisition of Techfab Gauthier Inc.
Founded in 1990 by Yves et Lorraine Gauthier, Techfab Gauthier Inc. is a manufacturing company in Montreal East who specializes in deep hole drilling in a wide variety of materials. It also provides machining, wire cutting, equipment manufacturing and welding services.
Yves and Lorraine Gauthier were advised by Fasken Martineau with a team that included Alain Ranger (tax), Diane Bertrand (corporate), and Martin Racicot and Jay Choi (financing).
