Telesystem International Wireless closes $83 million secondary offering

On September 25, 2003, Telesystem International Wireless Inc. (TIW) closed a $83 million secondary offering of 12,960,128 common shares to allow Capital Communications CDPQ Inc. (CDPQ) and its affiliates within Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec to sell all their common shares in TIW. The offering was underwritten by BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
