Telesystem International Wireless sells Oskar Mobil and 79% stake in MobilFon to Vodafone for US$3.5 billion
Counsel to TIW in connection with the sale, by TIW in favour of Vodafone International Holdings B.V., of 79% of the capital of MobiFon S.A. and 100 % of the capital of Oskar Mobil a.s. for a consideration of approximately US$3.5 billion and the assumption, by Vodafone, of liabilities of approximately US$950 million.
