On 3 November 2011, Teliti International Ltd, a Malaysian owned datacentre and IT services provider, announced the commencement of trading of its shares on AIM. The approximate market capitalisation of Teliti at Admission was £13.4 million.  

Teliti believes that the AIM quotation will enable it to expand in Asia and the Middle East and is currently completing its first datacentre, which is targeted to be the largest green datacentre in South East Asia. The Malaysian government has recognised Teliti as one of three providers of datacentres that would help drive Malaysia to become a preferred regional location for datacentre services. The target is 5 Million sq ft of datacentre space in Malaysia and Teliti's datacentre will occupy a total capacity of 120,000 sq ft. Phase 1 which will be completed by March 2012 has a capacity of 45,000 sq ft.  

Teliti is the first Malaysian "Bumiputra" company to be listed on the AIM Market utilising a complex re-structuring structure.
